The Perfect Exhibition
Busy Booth, Strong Decisions, Clear Signal at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026
Our assessment of the most important trade show of the year is very positive. Fensterbau Frontale 2026 attracted a consistently high volume of visitors from 39 countries to our booth. The large Klaes team was heavily engaged throughout all four days: many qualified discussions, intensive demo sessions, and direct project initiations.
“Fensterbau Frontale is important to us globally – and it was once again very successful in 2026,” says Lars Klaes (Managing Director). “The quality of decision-making was high, and we were able to secure numerous contract projects – with customers from a total of 20 countries.”
High Value from End-to-End Workflows
The new Klaes AI Hub demonstrated how artificial intelligence operates within a real business context: directly based on existing data, with clear roles and compliance – as a tool for emails, documents, appointments, and daily tasks. The key factor was controllability: AI is not introduced as a standalone solution, but rather embedded in transparent workflows.
At the same time, the focus shifted to connectivity – from the office all the way to the construction site. Digital measurement and installation processes closed gaps, made information available in real time, and reduced the need for follow-up inquiries and rework. The result: greater predictability despite limited resources and fewer errors in execution.
In production and logistics, the need for transparency and stable processes was confirmed. Data flows consistently to the machine, variants and small batches remain manageable, and the production status is visible at all times. Search times, paper, and coordination efforts decrease – a plus for throughput time, quality, and on-time delivery. In design, the 3D approach continues to gain ground: realistic visualization and more precise plan and sectional views accelerate coordination and documentation, especially for complex aluminum and wood-aluminum projects.
The IT infrastructure also played a central role: high-performance, scalable infrastructures, security, and DMS – closely integrated with business processes. Many discussions focused on solutions that can be implemented quickly and securely, significantly reducing operational burdens and meeting German and European requirements.
Conclusion
“Given the current overall situation, face-to-face interaction was particularly important,” emphasizes Miriam Berzen (Managing Director). “As the world’s leading trade fair, Fensterbau Frontale provides the ideal setting to contextualize solutions and look ahead together. The international response was strong, the discussions focused, and characterized by clear implementation scenarios.” That’s why we’ve of course already registered for Fensterbau Frontale 2028.
